We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general operational support and guidance to the Production & Supply Chain, Sporting Direction, PMO and support functions of the Team's Italian Headquarter. Working proactively with the Head of People Management and internal stakeholders, you will identify HR requirements and deliver timely, pragmatic solutions. You will work closely with other HR team members to ensure compliance with the HR policies as well as proposing new HR solutions. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Work closely with Management and Employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Support the Head of People Management, plays a key role in implementing human capital initiatives to include: career path development, succession planning, retention initiatives and process improvement strategies. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to Managers and Employees. Develop contract terms for new hires and promotions. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment activities when needed. Assist international employees with VISA and Immigration matters. Support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions in agreement with the HR Team. Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies that align with business objectives. Ensure HR reports are accurate and up-to-date. Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects. Free additional health insurance. EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:University degree or equivalent. Major in Human Resources and International Business Administration or a relevant field will be a plus. Experience in a HR Generalist role in fast paced and demanding environment. Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, including the capability of providing direction and feedback to internal and external stakeholders locally and remotely. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills. Availability to travel to the UK branch. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential. Travel 0-10%
