**TLScontact **is looking for a full-time Visa Application Centre Agent in **Rome **for a period of 6 months.

The Visa Application Centre Agent has the responsibility for handling Visa Applications in accordance with company processes.

**Your Key Responsibilities will be**:

- Proposal & Sales of Added Value Services (AVS) to Visa Applicants

- Following an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system

- Ensure engagement with applicants, provide a first-class service and positive customer experience

- Handle customer complaints assertively, and efficiently

**Essential Requirements**:

- Languages **:fluent in English and Italian**:

- Good knowledge of **Urdu, Hindi or Bengla **would be a plus

- Experience in a customer service role engaging direct liaison with the public

- Working in a fast-paced and at times highly pressured environment

- Competent technology skills in particular with MS Office

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience in a Public Sector / Government client working environment / Visa Application Business

- Experience of working abroad and / or in an international organization
