Visiting Professor Programme In Economics
The contract duration is four months, and we will ask the visiting professor to visit IMT in presence at least one month in the period November 2024 - October 2025. Upon selection, the Visiting Professor will propose her visiting and research plans to the faculty.
IMT School in a nutshell
The IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca is an international PhD school focusing on the analysis of economic, social, technological and cultural systems.
Since its foundation in 2005, the School has distinguished itself for the quality and innovativeness of its research and doctoral programs and its interdisciplinary nature, where different methodologies drawn from economics, engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, physics, archaeology, art history and the analysis and management of cultural heritage.
Recently, the IMT School has earned the distinguished designation of "Department of Excellence" in economics and statistics by the Italian Ministry of University and Research for the five-year period spanning 2023-2027.
