About the role:We are looking for a Visual Database Technician (f/m/d) to join our small team based in Sesto Calende (province of Lombardy, close to Lago Maggiore). In this role, the Visual Database Technician will be responsible for working closely with our internal client, providing updates on potential issues, progress on development, potential revisions, and the implementation of new Visual Databases and/or updates to existing ones. Your tasks:Demonstrating the features and functions of the visual model to internal/external clients. Developing 3D visual models and animated special effects without errors. Conducting validations to maintain quality standards, testing, and integrating visual models. Ensuring the timely delivery and staying within the assigned budget for each model within the overall assigned visual project. Assessing and improving geographic data to ensure visual content meets training requirements using industry-standard software. Delivering high-quality work within deadlines and budget, meeting client expectations. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:High school diploma0 to 2 years of work experience in the industryKnowledge of 3D modeling development productsKnowledge of software for creating graphic texturesProficient in spoken and written English, with professional language skills for high-level business discussionsOptional Qualifications:Knowledge of C or C++ programming languagesFamiliarity with PythonKnowledge of GIS products (ArcGIS Pro, Global Mapper)Proficiency in using PhotoshopKnowledge of Creator as a 3D modeling toolIf you are interested and would like to use your skills and experience in the role explained above, please apply and a CAE EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner will follow up with you soon.
