RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the team of designers in the creation of high-quality design projects, consistent with the visual identity of the company and able to effectively communicate the brand message of EPAM and its clients

- Work with strategy, product development, and marketing teams to design and develop visual artifacts that meet customer or internal needs.

Specifically, create presentations and visualize experiences designed by teams through screenshots, illustrations, mockups

- Contribute to the creation of communication and marketing strategies, using design to differentiate itself from competitors and effectively communicate the value of the company's products

- Advising clients and internal teams on the appropriate use of marketing materials and the company's visual identity

- Stay constantly updated on the latest trends in design, communication, product and strategic consulting, in order to provide maximum value to customers

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in design or related field

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (e. g.

Figma etc)

- professional experience in agency, company or studio (experience in a preferred interactive design agency)

- Communicative and presentation skills

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams

- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills to guide design decisions

- Passion for design and communication

- Motion editing or video editing capabilities is a plus point, as well as experience in Industrial or Product Design
