The Visual Merchandiser will support the Team in all the merchandising &visual merchandising activities for Acqua di Parma in Italy; he/she will execute the Visual Merchandising Strategy to optimize the sales strategies operating in retail, wholesale and franchisee channels.

As a member of the Acqua di Parma team, she/he represents the brand values towards the customers and colleagues and demonstrates an Acqua di Parma attitude at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

- Management of the operational organization of custom furniture (hard / soft) to highlight the brand in pos

- Set up the in-store and window display according to the corporate guidelines in order to deliver consistent brand image

- Partner with local supplier and trade teams to create consistent in-store and window display to support the stores in achieving sales target

- Support in development of Visual Merchandising tools

- Continuous interaction with other departments and functions (Trade Marketing, Account, HQ Merch, Boutique Manager etc )

- Suggestion of new, innovative, merchandising solutions for a luxury & prestige beauty landscape through presentation renderings creatively while remaining on-brand.

- Ensure an excellent image of the brand at the point of sale in terms of positioning and exposure quality through a schedule of visits on the Wholesale and Retail network

- Implementation of standard POS material developed by HQ and realization of ad hoc material developed according to the HQ directives.

- Preparation of PPT presentations dedicated to the sales force and customer meetings

- Follow event set-ups and support in annual POS orders

- Budget control in line with forecast

**Profile**:

- University background in Arts & Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Architecture or related disciplines

- Good level of English

- Availability to travel in Italy

- At least 1/2 years of experience within merchandising or visual merchandising in the fashion/luxury industry

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop

- Sap system and IWD

- Strong sensibility and passion for luxury

- Previous experience within Perfumes & cosmetics will be a plus

- Excellent relational skills
