We are currently looking for an engaged and passionateVisual Merchandiserwho can join the Visual & Collection Merchandising Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. As part of the Visual & Collection Merchandising Team, the candidate will play a key role in enhancing the advertising, marketing, and sales efforts of our stores.

This individual will ensure that the visual identity and storytelling of our stores are well represented, ensuring a cohesive and immersive brand experience that aligns with our creative direction and strategic goals. The Day-To-DayGuarantee a proactive support to the stores of the area assigned for instore display and windows changingGuarantee and monitoring product rotation according to the vm guidelines and stores performancesBe proactive in communication and follow up with the retail team and stores networkShowroom set up in collaboration with collection merchandisingContribute to the creation of seasonal visual merchandising guidelinesKey Qualifications3-5 years of experience as a Visual MerchandiserGreat capacity to work in teamStrong product knowledge and sensitivity to the market, with a passion for retail, design, consumer experience, and storytellingHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the tableExcellent communication skills, able to work effectively within an international environmentBachelor's degree or higher in Art and Design, Fashion, or a related field (not mandatory)Fluent in English; additional languages are a plusOur Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren't led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
