Visual Merchandiser
As part of the Visual Merchandising team within the Business Partner Community (BPC), theVisual Merchandiser's main mission will be to ensure the perfect execution of LVMH Beauty Brands merchandising strategies and image coherence in Italy. Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, the chosen candidate will interface daily with all business functions of the Beauty Division's Maisons in Italy and with various HQ correspondents at the Headquarters in Paris following Global guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and implement locally the Merchandising Plan, in accordance with the international strategy, by defining the local budget and actions; Design all local doors following global architecture guidelines, adapting the concept to each specific configuration; Checking the roll out of merchandising materials for the specific design requirements for points of sale; Coordinate the local suppliers together with local buying team, monitoring the activities considering the quality – cost relation and timing; Analyze and elaborate projects and merchandising setting ups in points of sales (perfumeries, department stores and boutique) in order to ensure the best visibility to the products; Ensure merchandising elements are consistent, effective and qualitative across all stores through continuous relationship with sales force and marketing team; Organizing merchandising product planograms and supervising the implementation of VM displays, following HQ guidelines; Monitor and analyze the solutions implemented by the competitors and react to them by improving or adapting LVMH Beauty products and Brand visibility in the point of sales; Update and communicate via regional and global reporting accurate information on Merchandising, distribution (number of POS, type, look, …) and projects; Develop the scenography of our corners - focus points, animations, product exhibition – and scale it down with adequate adaption to counters; Be the eye on the field visiting the stores to check the implementation and ensure the perfect execution. PROFILEAt least 2-3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a retail/luxury company (previous experience in the beauty sector is a plus) Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent relational skills into an entrepreneurial attitude Very strong computer skills (e. g.
Rhinoceros, AutoCad, Photoshop & Illustrator, 3D Max and Sketchup) Problem solving, teamwork, flexibility Fluent in EnglishCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art.
