As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will support the VM Team within the following activities:RESPONSIBILITIES :Manage and present briefs to suppliers for POS materials such as trade activations (outposts, podiums, windows) according to brand strategies and guidelines. Follow local production process with suppliers to ensure correct execution of in-store projects and HQ approval. Assist with purchase orders, material requests and local deliveriesSupport POSM forecasting and analysisReport on competitive best practiceManage and develop in-store materials for planned activities according to VM guidelines and in synergy with the trade team. Be the main point of contact within the VM team for trade requests/needsLeverage visual merchandising as a way to drive the salesStore checks and presence during set up to ensure correct implementationPROFILE :Master's degree in marketing/ management/ design/ architecture or a related fieldPassionate about the beauty and luxury marketExcellent analytical skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP will be considered a plusKnowledge of space allocation/design software (Adobe, AutoCad, SKP) will be considered a plusFlexibility, proactivity and problem solving skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail is a mustFluent in EnglishCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art.
