Position**:

As a Visual Merchandising Assistant Europe, you will support the VM Europe team in all the lifecycle of Visual Merchandising in FENDI, providing assistance to the monthly set up, in store displays, new opening and special projects and events.

In addition to the above, you will support the team in logistics / administrative tasks and reporting activities.

Among your responsibilities, you will take part to:

- Monitoring delivery status of the windows elements and props

- Providing support in dealing with local suppliers for windows set up

- Props coordination and management for store set up, events and trunk shows

- Props coordination during in Store events and Trunk shows

- Monitoring payment to supplier

- VM storage inventory

- Monthly windows display reporting

**Profile**:

- Previous experience in project management, with exposure to fashion / luxury retail industry

- Graphics and Design studies will be considered a plus

- Great attention to detail, highly accurate and organized

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to multi-task and used to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines

- Excellent computer skills required (especially Excel and Power Point)

- Fluency in English is mandatory.
