The candidate will join the Retail Department and will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of visual guidelines set by HQs.

S/he will constantly verify that stores image is consistent in terms of layout, display and spaces use to attract the target customers and encouraging them to buy. Responsibilities are: Together with HQs, creates visual guidelines and defines implementation timetableEnsures execution and transfers prompt feedback and all relevant needs to HQsLiaises with sales Staff in order to guarantee stock provision and proper mixPartner with the store staff to effectively support current business trends with visual needs making sure key products are selected and well displayedTeaches sales Staff how goods should be displayed and transfers visual guidelines and the proper handling of productsMaintains display rigorouslyMonitors sales performance, market peculiarities and customer target.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: 5 years of experience in visual merchandising roleStrong market awarenessExcellent communicaton skillsAbility to manage priorities and deadlinesPassion for dynamic sportsGood PC skillsFluency in English, a second language is a plus.

Availability to travel is requested.
