Responsibilities are: Together with HQs, creates visual guidelines and defines implementation timetable. Ensures execution and transfers prompt feedback and all relevant needs to HQs. Liaises with sales staff in order to guarantee stock provision and proper mix. Teaches sales staff how goods should be displayed and transfers visual guidelines and the proper handling of products. Monitors sales performance, market peculiarities, and customer target. The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: 5 years of experience in a visual merchandising role. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
