The candidate will join the Retail Department and will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of visual guidelines set by HQs.

S/he will constantly verify that stores' image is consistent in terms of layout, display, and spaces used to attract the target customers and encourage them to buy.

Responsibilities: Together with HQs, create visual guidelines and define implementation timetable.

Ensure execution and transfer prompt feedback and all relevant needs to HQs.

Liase with sales staff to guarantee stock provision and proper mix.

Partner with the store staff to effectively support current business trends with visual needs, making sure key products are selected and well displayed.

Teach sales staff how goods should be displayed and transfer visual guidelines and the proper handling of products.

Monitor sales performance, market peculiarities, and customer target.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: 5 years of experience in a visual merchandising role.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Passion for dynamic sports.

Fluency in English; a second language is a plus.

Availability to travel is requested.
