Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE
The Visual Merchandising manager will be part of the Visual Merchandising Department and will report to the Head of Visual Merchandising.
This role will be responsible of managing visual standards and visual merchandising guidelines at WW level for the brand Palm Angels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Benchmarking Analysis: retail, wholesale, franchising partner competitors and trends by actively monitoring market trends in order to identify opportunities and VM strategies
- Develop visual set-up, create guidelines and design inputs, based on sales trends, market peculiarities, customer target and reference competitors.
- Identify VM and product training needs and store visual tools requirements
- Set - up analysis for product zoning
- Plan store visits to monitor and provide VM training and guidelines
- Plan showroom set-ups for sales campaign
- Manages the communication with partners providing feedbacks and recommendations on product style and visual presentation standards
- Digital material management/reviews ensuring compliance with timeline agreed
- Training in store to ensure that Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines.
WHO YOU ARE
- WHO YOU ARE
- 6/7 years of working experience in a similar role in luxury retail companies
- Detail oriented, aesthetic sensibility
- Soft skills: proactive, teamwork
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
