BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Follow the operational planning of VM activations. This includes prioritization, timeline development and process improvements to ensure on-time, high quality delivery of VM initiatives and partnering with functional stakeholders and Design team on implementation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. In This Role, You Will Follow the development of seasonal window cycles, pop-in and pop-up Support the VM Operations team, ensuring alignment with cross functional and regional partners, taking into account quantity calculations, production and execution schedules, delivery processes and budget specifications Collaborate with the Design Studio and the different suppliers to ensure that detailed timelines and budgets are within scope Track and communicate calendar/schedule to support on-time delivery of the VM activations Follow the process from the Design Studio briefing to execution by connecting markets and suppliers Proactively organize priorities between multiple stakeholders, turning strategy into plans of action, managing multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines Actively work in order to anticipate and dismantle roadblocks, escalating issues to appropriate partners in a timely manner What makes you, makes our team Role When you join Zegna, you join a team, working together to shape the future of our company.
