Reporting to the WW VM Manager Product Guidelines In-Store, Showroom & Events, the VM Manager for Women LG, Accessories, Shoe and Kids' categories will be in charge of supporting the definition of the VM guidelines, overseeing all activities related to VM in the DOS channel at WW level in order to match commercial target and business strategy.

**Key Accountabilities

- Define together with the merchandising teams all the corporate VM Guidelines to drive brand awarness

- Partner weekly with Merchandising to analyze business flows and work on VM strategies to meet sales objectives and maximize profitability

- Partner with Architecture department and local VM teams for new openings and renovations

- Elevate the customer approach instore developing a compelling VM experience

- Manage the delivery of the seasonal VM to provide all relevant content and direction to regional Visual Merchandiser

- Ensure that merchandising guidelines are followed in terms of product adjacency and mood/capsule collection presentation

- Partner with Regional VM teams to share VM guidelines and collect feedback to customize VM strategy.

**Profile**:

- From 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role at HQ level; Background in Luxury field will be considered a plus

- Ability to take direction, prioritize and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to interface with a diverse group

- Strong attention to details

- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

- The position requires frequent business trips
