Reporting to the VM Project Design Manager Showroom & Special Events, the new joiner will support the function in ensuring all the creative concepts developed can be applied within the budget and timelines set, supervising the set-up of each project and handling the different internal and external stakeholders involved (Regional VM teams, externa suppliers, etc.

).

The focus of the projects is on Showroom and Special Events.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Decline the creative concepts in technical drawing applicable to all the different sets, considering the materials and locations to ensure project feasibility.

- Identify, select and coordinate new and recurrent suppliers, ensuring the project delivery within the deadlines and with high quality standards.

- Global production logistic and deliveries management.

- Supervise remotely and locally the production and visual merchandise of each location to guarantee excellent results aligned with company guidelines.

- Manage timing and budget for each specific project, to make sure the department is always within the budget assigned.

Budget revisions, re-conciliations and VM cost reporting.

- Manage administration activities, budget, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, etc.

**Profile**:

- Educational background: Event Design / Interior / Architecture (University degree or similar)

- Working Experience: +5 years in Project manager roles in Fashion Company / Event Agency

- Budget and timeline management; excellent problem solving and project management skills

- Excellent knowledge of Autocad, Adobe Creative suite.

Knowledge of 3D creative software will be considered a plus

- Languages: English perfectly written and spoken.

The knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus
