Mission

**Main Responsibilities

- **VM Window concepts illustrator

- While brainstorming on VM projects, visualize the ideas quickly and clearly through the realization of sketches

- Work on more refined drawings to present ideas and include illustrations in presentations for official meetings with top management and creative direction

- **Global Windows retail network and Suppliers management**:

- Oversee technical information, request and archive window photos and oversee Window tools stock organization on each Zone

- Layout development for Woman, Man and Kids store

- Participate and support the team during installation

- Review with Regional VM team on window display quality and execution

- **Supplier Management and Office support

- Oversee on sample deliveries: contact logistics, proforma, packing list, invoices

- Supporting on scheduling and arranging prototypes installation in the office

- Manage supplier's lists and contacts, schedule meetings and samples requests

- General support to the team on operational activities

**Profile**:

- Hand drawing and natural talent for illustration as well as good graphic skills are key to cover this role

- Education: Visual Merchandising / Interior Design (University degree or similar)

- Previous experience as Visual Merchandiser Designer of at least 3 years

- Characteristics: problem solving, detail oriented, able to quickly shift from design creativity to admin management

- Languages: English perfectly written and spoken.

The knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus

- Excellent knowledge of Office, Adobe Creative Suite; Basic knowledge of Autocad
