Job Title: VMware and Wintel Administrator - (Level 2 or Level 3) Duration: 3 months - Extendable Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified VMware & Wintel Administrator to manage and optimize our VMware virtualization and Windows Server environments. This role ensures system availability, security and seamless integration of IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Administer VMware vSphere, vCenter and ESXi environments. Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. Implement backup, disaster recovery and high availability solutions. Automate tasks using PowerShell and VMware tools (vRealize Suite). Monitor and troubleshoot virtual and physical server environments. Ensure security compliance and manage system documentation. Experience in VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi) and Windows Server administration. In-depth knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP and networking fundamentals. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Experience with backup, disaster recovery and security best practices. Certifications (VCP-DCV, MCSA, MCSE) and cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
