To strengthen the internal structure, we seek a JUNIOR VMWARE SYSTEMS SPECIALIST for VCUBE S. r. l.

, a SYS-DAT Group company based in Reggio Emilia.

We are looking for a VMware Junior Specialist to work both at our operational headquarters in Reggio Emilia and at our manned client companies (mainly in Parma).

The ideal candidate should be proactive and eager for continued growth, able to work synergistically with their colleagues and contribute positively to the entire team.

Requirements Several years' experience in Microsoft or Linux environments, preferably in an Enterprise environment; Basic experience in managing a virtualization infrastructure based on VMware vSphere 5. x/6. x; Familiarity with vSphere/vCenter virtualization platform upgrades; Familiarity with creating and configuring virtual machines hosting Windows or Linux servers; Basic knowledge in Networking (switches, routers, balancers) and its Protocols (TCP, NFS, CIFS, etc); Basic knowledge in Security (Firewall, VPN, etc); Familiarity with Network Services such as DNS, DHCP and Active Directory; Ability to analyze performance and tune systems.

Knowledge of: Other VMware products such as: vRealize Operation, vSphere Replication, Site Recovery Manager, Orchestrator, vRealize Automation, LogInsight, NSX, Horizon View, AirWatch; Management and configuration of Blade servers from Cisco, HP, IBM/Lenovo vendors; Complementary areas such as: Storage, Backup, Database, Application.

Personal Skills and Experience: A strong predisposition to work in a team; Flexibility and problem-solving skills; High customer orientation and strong enthusiasm; Good stress and time management; Good organizational skills; Good knowledge of English , both written and spoken (B2-C1 level preferred); Type of Offer: Economic remuneration defined based on the candidate's actual abilities and skills.
