**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
The Venues & Infrastructure (VNI) functional area is composed by areas such as Design / Delivery, Central Services, Engineering Services, and Signage and Wayfinding.
VNI is responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of temporary infrastructure for all competition and main non-competition venues for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
We are looking for an Assistant Coordinator to support the VNI team by preparing documents and presentations, managing calendars, controlling the incoming and outcoming documentation process, maintaining files and providing general admin support to the team.
In particular, he/she will:
- Undertake ad hoc administration tasks as required;
- Manage files ensuring they are organized and maintained appropriately;
- Organizing events and travels for the VNI team;
- Booking, coordinating and preparing agendas, notes and minutes for meetings;
- Coordinating team schedules;
- Supporting internal procurement processes;
- Be aware and comply with the Corporation's health and safety policies, standards practices and program;
- Scope and range of activities may change according to the needs and priorities of the team.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of administrative process, document control, and time management.
IT proficiency;
- Previous experience as Team Assistant is a plus;
- Administration, Document Controlling, Secretariat;
- Fluent in Italian.
Excellent language skills in English.
Other languages knowledge represent a plus.
- IT-experienced, knowledge of usual MS Office softwares.
- Detail oriented
- Great communication and collaborative skills

- Good time management
