**Job description**:
**About Us**: Amaris is a prestigious consulting player in the telecommunication sector, recognized for our strategic approach to business and network/telecommunication field. We are seeking a Voip specialist with a good background in telecommunication processes to enhance our team's capabilities.
The Voip specialist will be integral to our operations, focusing on technical themes related to telecommunication processes and products. Your role will require specific process competencies, as you will be dealing with detailed technical aspects of both processes and products within the telecommunication sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with DevOps teams and Agile.
- Support the Global and Regional teams with Voice technical requirements.
- Work on migration projects from Traditional PBX or any other telephony solution to Team Phone System.
- Work with new products (PoC, testing, documenting, operation readiness)
- Support on Global Voice Inventory Updates
- Work on critical incidents to support the regional and local team
- Assist where needed to support end user with all Telecom issues/concerns
**Profile Requirements**:
- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree computer science, systems analysis, or related studies and experience
- 3+ years of experience in the relevant area of expertise within an enterprise voice / global environment.
- 3+ years of experience in leading technical evaluation, implementing and resolving Voice issues, including those involving 3rd party suppliers.
- Voice/Telephony Certification in corresponding technical fields preferred.
- With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
- Certified on and/or expertise working with multiple diverse technologies, services and processing environments including Microsoft Teams Phone System (Enterprise Voice), Cloud Voice and Traditional Telephony experience, or other hybrid event platforms.
- Proven ability to support Agile project teams by providing advice on opportunities, impact, and risks.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments, to be a "vendor agnostic".
- Strong experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization in English.
- Troubleshooting skills on Voice technologies.
- Fluent Italian and English Level
- Nice to have : 2 days/w on-site working in Milan
