The positionIf you are excited about growing with Hive and love operations, this might be the right position for you!We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Revenue Enablement to lead both our Revenue Operations team and build our global Sales Enablement function from the ground up.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving Hive's growth by optimizing our revenue processes and empowering our sales team to achieve peak performance.

As part of this role you will be:Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team together with the Revenue Operations Lead, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing and the optimization of our internal tools (CRM Hubspot, Aircall, etc.

)Design and implement a comprehensive global Sales Enablement strategy to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness across our Hive locations and build up an effective teamOversee the development of sales training programs, playbooks, and tools to support our growing sales organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive revenue growthAnalyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadershipManage and optimize our tech stack to support revenue generation activitiesYour profileWe know—sometimes, you can't tick every box.

However, we would still love to hear from you if you think you're a good fit!5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement roles, with a track record of driving revenue growthProven leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment and with leader of leaders experienceDeep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales tech stackStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies (Consulting, VC or Investment banking toolkit)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA/Master is a plusThe mentioned qualifications are the minimum requirements at a Head of level.
