Our client, a very exciting, Cybersecurity company are currently hiring for a **VP Marketing **in Italy, can be remote, hybrid or office based.

**Salary: €85-115k base salary (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities

- You will be both a individual contributor as well as leading a team of two, with more headcount for a business development rep (BDR) and content marketing specialist to be hired in Q1.

- Support and enable the team to run effective, measurable paid media campaigns and deliver the events schedule

- Work with the VP Product on product marketing initiatives, from sales enablement, to new collateral, blogs and videos, and supporting on product/feature launches as needed

- Work with the team to define processes and requirements for the new BDR function, ultimately enabling them to run effective outbound campaigns and follow up on leads sourced by marketing initiatives

- Lead content marketing specialist and/or manage a content marketing agency to deliver relevant content to support demand generation requirements

- Identify, run and measure integrated demand generation campaigns into priority verticals and regions, including refreshing and writing nurture sequences

- Write press releases and send them out on the wire, as needed

- Plan and manage the budget and report back on results

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity and/or identity and access management

- Experience across events, digital, demand generation and content creation

- Strong project management and prioritization

- A confident collaborator, who takes ownership and is proud of what they do

This is a full time, hybrid, remote or office-based role in Italy - permanent employed position.
