This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home 4 days per week, with one day of in-office collaboration in Lehigh County, PA.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities with brands and agencies in the affiliate space.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in affiliate marketing, especially with enterprise partnerships, a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, and a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth through strategic business development.

Responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives and elevate market presence in the affiliate publishing spaceIdentify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with brands and agenciesForge strategic partnerships that drive revenue and gross marginDevelop and execute business plans for revenue and gross margin growthOwn the complete sales process, from outreach to negotiations and relationship managementIdentify opportunities for growth through new and existing clientsBuild and maintain executive-level relationships to identify partnership opportunitiesLead and mentor a small team of sales professionalsDrive profitable growth through innovative affiliate marketing strategies and partnershipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development with company goalsRepresent the brand at industry events to enhance visibility and forge partnershipsAnalyze data and generate insights to optimize performance and revenue growthMonitor market trends and competitor activities to shape strategic direction and growthQualifications Bachelor's degree is required10+ years of marketing business development experience is required5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing requiredEnterprise brand/agency partnership experience requiredAbility to travel up to 30% required
