This hybrid role provides the flexibility to work remotely four days per week, with one day of in-office collaboration in Lehigh County, PA. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual contributor leadership role involves managing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth through innovative affiliate marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital marketing, including affiliate & paid search, with a proven history of building and nurturing high-level partnerships through client service and account management. To excel in this role, you must possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives. Responsibilities Build, nurture, and grow executive-level client relationships with key stakeholders Own client onboarding and account management for long-term success and partnership Lead strategic conversations to understand client needs, proposing solutions/growth opportunities Drive increased revenue through tailored affiliate marketing strategies Negotiate contracts and secure premium placements for optimal client outcomes Deliver monthly updates and quarterly reviews with performance insights and recommendations Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and performance, leveraging data and market insights Regularly engage with clients virtually and in-person, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client services with broader company objectives Oversee the execution of client marketing programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Represent the company at industry events and networking functions, enhancing brand visibility Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 10 years of experience in agency client service is required 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a solid understanding of affiliate trends is required Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance metrics is required Proven track record managing high-level partnerships that drive revenue and growth is required Ability to travel up to 30% required J-18808-Ljbffr
