Customer Sales/Business Development - Outside Our client specializes in cross-border transportation and offers a range of services including LTL and TL shipping to destinations throughout Canada and the United States.
VP of Sales - NVOCC Our client is seeking a VP of Sales specializing in NVOCC. This individual will develop their team and department, as well as establish lines of communication with their clients.

Responsibilities: Responsible for revenue growth and market share penetration by closing new deals with large and enterprise customer accounts. Conduct outside sales meetings and close new deals. Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations to nationwide large and enterprise customer accounts. Develop and execute a business plan that generates hyper-revenue growth and exceeds sales quotas set by the company. Engage continuously with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts. Develop and train a sales team. Travel required. Experience: 5 years or more of NVOCC experience is required. A candidate with an existing book of business will be additionally compensated. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and innovative in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. Experience in selling to freight forwarders, NVOCCs, 3PL, and warehouse providers. Exceptional presentation and communication skills required. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections. Accountability and ability to prioritize daily tasks. This position offers a competitive base salary.
