You will work with your teams to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix. You will drive consistent Breadth of Participation across your leaders and Sales Associates. Grow Your People. You will provide coaching, counseling, and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development. Collaborate. You will work closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales. Report and Help to Improve. You will deliver monthly reporting following the designated format established by the Divisional Vice President of Sales. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications Proven track record of sales experience, specifically working with large, multi-national organizations. Substantial senior sales management experience leading a team or teams of front-line leaders. Fluent Italian and English language skills. Currently based in Italy with full right to work, and driving licence. Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications Understanding of all ADP product capabilities.
