-n Key Responsibilities:Greeting guests and providing a warm welcomeAssisting guests with menu selections and answering questionsTaking orders accurately and transmitting them to the kitchen promptlyServing food and beverages with attention to detail and presentationSupporting the preparations for the service and making sure all areas are always looking their bestSupporting the preparation of all necessary mise-en-placeCleaning agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirementsCollaborating with the Maître and kitchen staff to ensure overall restaurant success Qualifications:Fluent in English & Italian is a must3+ years of hospitality experience is a plusMust be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in generalFlexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessaryAbility to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticismMust be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guestsMaintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotelComply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operationsMaximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutionsMaintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine  What we offerAttractive development opportunities in a high-growth environment, domestically and internationallyFamily & Friends hotel rateFree gym & SPA usage
