**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Anticipate guests' needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized in Villa Dining experience.

- Provide food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully

- Personalize the bar offer

- Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly

- Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.

- Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred

- Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment

- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

- HACCP certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively

- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation

- Start date: May 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.

- Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level (around € 1. 950, 00 / monthly gross) + separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR
