For the next season 2025, we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.

Main duties & responsibilities:Anticipate guests' needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized in Villa Dining experienceProvide food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryMaintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifullyPersonalize the bar offerEstablish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptlyEnsure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standardsCoordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/herRequirements:Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferredPrevious professional experience in the same role within a luxury environmentPassion for service and ambition to grow professionallyHACCP certificationExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectivelyAttention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentationBenefits:We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.
