Your Mission

Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Managing and supervising scheduled maintenance of laboratory instrumentation (e. g.

hoods, fridge, small equipment), quality system maintenance.

**Main Responsibilities

Your Contributions

- Assist shipping and receiving unloading vans safely and efficiently and checking in merchandise in collaboration with the facilities responsible of the Research Center

- Discharge material (consumable, reagents) from transportation

- Review the incoming documentation

- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or refrigerators/fridge or corridor cabinet according to organizational standards and in compliance with the quality procedures and standards

- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.

Control/handle the expired materials

- Prepare parcels for mailing

- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

- Manage autoclave, glassware cleaning and sterilization, forms and coats cleaning

- Manage scheduled maintenance of laboratory instrumentation (hoods, fridge, small equipment ).

- Ensure documental compliance (forms, SOP)

- Manage chemical and biological waste disposal

High School Certificate

Specialization

Experience

experience in the role with regards to the diagnostic and/or pharmaceutical sector or similar is a plus

Technical Competencies

- Computer skills (word, excel)

- Inventory, Equipment maintenance skill

- Storage regulation knowledge

- Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 kg

- Regularly required to use hands to finger

- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch
