As part of our Warehouse service this position will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and will be involved in all the activities concerning the shipments and orders management.

**Main Activities and Accountabilities**:

Support the shipment activities and the relative issues

Contribute to manage appointments with couriers for dedicated unloading

Order's monitoring and billing (online bulletins)

Manage appointments for customers with dedicated delivery details

Support warehouse operations (moving pallets with pallet trucks)

**Requirements**:

Diploma

Good knowledge of English

Propositive and team working attitude

Adaptable and pragmatic

Strong attention for details and deadlines
