Job Summary

Entry level position; coordinates activities of shipment.

Direct movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.

Verify and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.

Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages.

Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.

- MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

- Carry out the physical handling of incoming goods with unloading and unpacking (where necessary) of incoming packages.

- Verify the conformity of the goods received and processes them according to SAP procedures.

- Place the received goods in the locations identified by the system.

- Collect the outgoing material (outbound) and pack the goods.

- Complete the outbound flow by creating the shipment summary for each carrier

- Check the correctness and good stock holding (inventory adjustment).

- Manage the workflows related to the sterilization and repackaging of some products following the requests generated by the SAP system.

- Take care of the packaging process and shipment to the customer of the instrumentation repaired by the Technical Service.

- Ability to perform any new jobs related to the function.
