In this role, you will support the development of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse automation, and Process automation in Supply Chain and Customer Service (RPA), Electricity and Automation (E&A) for operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects, in line with corporate guidelines. You will ensure that all MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while ensuring health and safety, product safety, and environmental standards are never compromised.

Your typical day: Project Management for E&A solutions: Participate in Capital Investments projects, ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reduce and control delivery lead times; inputting manufacturing knowledge and promoting best practices; analyzing and implementing improvement actions regarding workflows. Full Compliance: Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, exhibiting an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Ensure Change Management is in place for modifications in the Digital-E&A solutions and that local legislation is applied. Product and Process Mastership: E&A engineers play a key role in continuous improvement through mastering process and product characteristics, striving for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety while protecting technological know-how. Operational Support: Participate in implementing engineering tools at the market level. Ensure E&A installations comply with safety, health, environmental, product safety, and quality standards. Keep key documentation up to date. Digital Solutions Implementation: Implement and test new digital solutions for process automation, standardization, and integration with digital platform architecture. Stay updated on the latest digital technologies. What will make you successful: Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
