Warehouse Business Process Owner - Sap Center Of Expertise (F/M/D)
As part of our growth strategy, Hitachi Energy has engaged in a multi-year project (Reiwa) to upgrade our core ERP systems to single-instance SAP S/4HANA, standardize our IT application landscape, and digitize our business processes to meet the needs of our expanding business
Within the Business Unit (BU) High Voltage Products (HV), we are creating a BU HV SAP Center of Expertise (CoE). The goal is to work closely with Local Business Process Owners (LBPOs) in the business hubs, organize the work of all our Key Users, drive system deployment and utilization to its full potential, and prioritize harmonized requirements from the business towards IT teams/Hitachi Energy's global SAP CoE
The BU HV SAP CoE will support all High Voltage factories and service units globally to optimize the value of our SAP investments by leveraging best practices to enhance end-user experience, assisting local teams with training and issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements

Warehouse Business Process Owner - SAP Center of Expertise (f/m/d) How You'll Make an Impact Drive full adoption of the deployed SAP warehouse management module and functionalities in the local units, utilizing the full potential of the deployed solution and related business benefitsAlign with SAP Business Process Owners from all other regions to drive global harmonization of business processes, process improvements, and prioritization of related system requirementsAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP solutionsWork with Local Business Process Owners and Key Users to understand their highest priority challengesMonitor system usage and performance, gather feedback from users, and proactively seek ways to enhance and evolve SAP processes for maximum efficiencyProactively address user pain points when using the SAP system by resolving issues on the groundEnsure all change requests have sufficient information and technical language so improvements and fixes can quickly be implementedYour Background Bachelor's degree in information technology or engineering or equivalent work experienceExperience with the SAP warehouse management (IM / EWM) modulesStrong knowledge of the S4/HANA platform preferred.
