**WAREHOUSE ENGINEERING MANAGER

**Responsabilies**:

- Monitors and detects the operational flows, the relative productivity and the KPIs of the relevant depot;

- Supports the Head of Engineering, Warehouse Manager and Operations Managers in daily activities, analyzing data and processes, trying to improve flows and performs follow-ups on production;

- Supports colleagues who deal with the administration of the pertinent deposit for active and passive invoicing, budget creation and income statement;

- Develops implementation projects for the internal improvement of processes and layouts and develops specific analyses, based on needs, in coordination with the Head of engineering and Operations manager;

- Interfaces with the ICT department for software modifications;

- Directly manages customer relations in periodic meetings, to analyze problems and propose solutions;

- Coordinates the Warehouse Engineers, motivating and supporting them in achieving their respective objectives;

- Carries out its business in compliance with workplace safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets;

- Ensures SOX Compliance on all processes under its responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics or Economics;

- Experience of at least 5 years in the role within companies in the logistics and transport sector;

- Fluency in English;

- Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (in particular of Excel, PowerBI and Power Point);

- Good knowledge of Autocad, Reflex and AS400;

- Ability to analyze and summarize, good communication and relational skills, problem solving, flexibility.
