About the Role:This position is a night shift 12-hr position working 7pm – 7am. The Forklift Operator performs general warehouse duties, including: shipping/receiving, packaging orders, processing orders, and stocking and re-shelving merchandise

Main Responsibilities:The forklift operator performs a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

Shipping and receiving of raw material and finished productMoving products, material, and equipment throughout the facilityUtilizes scanning equipment and computers for finished goodsWorks at finished goods palletizerLoads trucks direct from the line with finished goodsResponsible to recognize, address and escalate all quality issues to supervisor and team membersFollow safety regulations and maintains compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Complies with all applicable food laws, regulations, and food safety requirementsPerforms related duties as assigned or requiredWho we are looking for:The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years experience as a forklift operator working in a fast pace food manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and a safety mindset is critical in this role.

MinimumQualifications:

High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of forklift experience. Basic knowledge of computersExperience withSAPEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to obtain forklift certification.
