What will you be responsible for? Accountability for operational resultsParticipating in the management of multiple teams across operationsOptimizing all warehouse processes, including productivity and efficiencyCollaborating across all departmentsEnsuring the smooth operation of the facilityParticipating in the acquisition of potential clients by explaining warehouse processes and the functioning of the entire B2C sectorManaging and leading teams of internal and external employeesCreating and evaluating reports and statistics, and subsequently presenting them to superiorsSetting and monitoring productivity in work processes

What skills and experience should you have? Completed secondary educationAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics/warehousing/fulfillment/ecommerceExperience in leading a larger teamAbility to analyze and work with data and metricsAdvanced English proficiencyA proactive approach—finding ways to make changes instead of reasons why things can't be done
