What will you be responsible for? Accountability for operational results. Participating in the management of multiple teams across operations. Optimizing all warehouse processes, including productivity and efficiency. Ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Participating in the acquisition of potential clients by explaining warehouse processes and the functioning of the entire B2C sector. Managing and leading teams of internal and external employees. Creating and evaluating reports and statistics, and subsequently presenting them to superiors. Setting and monitoring productivity in work processes. What skills and experience should you have? Completed secondary education. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics/warehousing/fulfillment/ecommerce. Experience in leading a larger team. Ability to analyze and work with data and metrics. Advanced English proficiency. A proactive approach—finding ways to make changes instead of reasons why things can't be done.
