We are looking for a Warehouse Manager - Inbound that will manage the inbound process team and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation.

In this role you will be responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.

**This position reports to**:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all supplier deliveries are received, checked, processed and put away within agreed timeline, ensuring all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into warehouse.

- Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean practices.

- Plan and optimize warehouse utilization and inventory.

- Have the responsibilities to manage the external warehouse in order to meets operational standards by implementing productivity, quality and resolving problems and identifying process improvements.

- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized.

- Guide, motivate and develop the team in the execution of tasks.

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Management Engineering.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and backgrounds.

- Sound knowledge of English and Italian.

- Knowledge of Power - BI is considered a plus.
