You'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to:

Lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer and employee satisfaction

Establish a customer focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention

Guide the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives

Be responsible for providing a safe working environment free of hazards by completing daily site/department inspections and implementing preventative and corrective actions

Maintain and build on effective relationships with customers

We're keen to hear from people who have

Supervisory experience gained from with a warehouse environment - previous 3PL experience will be held in high regard

Experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships

Knowledge and use of a WMS System

A continuous improvement mindset

A passion for health & safety - the safety of our employees is of paramount importance

High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operation excellence
