Our client is a leading chemical multinational company operating in distribution of plastic, rubber and chemicals.

We are looking for the:

**Warehouse Site Manager

**Posizione**:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the direct management and handling of all warehousing and distribution functions at the organizations warehouse facilities as well as adherence to safety and organizational policies and procedures.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Place a high emphasis on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, cost efficiency, sanitation, productivity, operating efficiency, inventory accuracy, product quality/availability, and continuous improvement.

- Hire, train, organize, and manage clerical and hourly staff assigned to the warehouse department.

- Develop, present, and execute the warehouse capital and operating budgets.

Monitor costs on a daily basis.

- Prepare correspondence, attend meetings, and effectively communicate and coordinate with department personnel, carriers, and vendors to accomplish the company mission and objectives.

- Establish and maintain a personal level of communication with customers and employees, including periodic visits to key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with a managerial position in a dynamic environment of at least 5 years

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

- Fluent English.
