We are looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our Contract Logistics team and manage one of our warehouses in Maranello (MO).

The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-level warehouse productivity and supervise effectively warehouse operations.

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE

- Organize processes and resources of Inbound activities in coordination with the Inbound Supervisor;

- Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected;

- Monitor and manage operational and Quality KPIs both internal and external required by the customer contract;

- Monitor and manage KPIs and audits of housekeeping, safety and environment.

- Supervise and evaluate employee performance;

- Provide out-of-hours coverage to ensure a sustainable workflow;

- Leading and developing the team through learning and continuous feedbacks;

- Being a role model of Company's Purpose Promise and Values (PPV);

- Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality standard and Ethical code.

**WHO YOU ARE

- You have a High school diploma or equivalent;

- You have worked in supply chain for at least 3 years;

- You are fully proficient in Excel;

- You have excellent people and time management skills;

- You are fluent in English.
