Your next Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading a team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for implementing inventory management systems and coordinating with other departments to streamline processes. Your primary accountabilities will be: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations. Manage and Analyze data to monitor and strengthen our KPI. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. What you'll need: In order to be successful in this role you'll need: Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, providing you with a strong foundation in operational principles and practices. Experience: You bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Operations, ideally in a supervisory role, where you've honed your leadership skills. Problem-Solving Abilities: You excel at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature ensures accuracy in inventory management and adherence to safety regulations. Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite, leveraging technology to optimize operations. Proactive Attitude: You are motivated, proactive, and always ready to take on new challenges, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of your work. Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
