We are looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor Inbound** to help us ensure effective workflow by guiding our team in Maranello.

**YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**:

- Managing the Warehouse Operation's team;

- Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected;

- Monitoring and managing KPIs;

- Managing shift scheduling and extra-time activities;

- Managing the coordination of resource between site departments;

- Reporting monthly purchase orders;

- Reporting monthly Site residual consumables inventory.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a High school diploma or equivalent;

- You have previous supply chain experience of at least 3 years;

- You are proficient with Microsoft Office;

- You have experience with SAP and WMS software;

- You are fluent in English;

- You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;

- You have problem-solving and analytical skills;

- You have excellent time management and prioritization skills;

- You are able to manage complexity and stress.
