Job title : Warehouse Supervisor // Milan Logistics Hub Supervisor [Full-Time] Job location : Milan, Italy Salary : open to negotiate Key Responsibilities : Responsible for organizing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, arranging storage areas, ensuring accessibility, and optimizing logistics flow and space utilization.

Optimize vehicles entry and exit management to improve shipping and receiving efficiency.

Master packaging and handling operations.

Ensure the safety of the warehouse, goods, and personnel.

Guarantee compliance with supplier delivery deadlines.

Lead, manage, and train team members (including team leaders, pickers, forklift operators, receivers, and transport drivers).

Plan and coordinate team tasks (such as shift management, vacation scheduling, and training programs) and arrange human resources based on operational needs.

Control and continuously optimize operational costs.

Reduce delivery times and improve service quality.

Optimize and standardize work processes.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage supplier relationships by strictly tracking supplier performance, identifying risks, and handling disputes.

Ensure that all handled products comply with relevant Italian standards and regulations.

Plan and improve warehouse markings/signage, manage waste/cleaning/hygiene operations, and design energy-saving and low-carbon solutions.

At least 2-3 years of warehouse management experience with team leadership experience.

Familiar with warehouse operations, logistics processes, cost control, and supplier management.

Ability to monitor data, analyze problems, and propose solutions.

Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages; Italian is a plus.
