Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the overall warehouse operations and daily activities of the warehouse staff.

**Responsibilities

- Through the rational management of the assigned resources (personnel, handling equipment, expense budgets, storage areas and facilities) ensures internal and external customer satisfaction through an effective and efficient material shipping system.

- Promotes and pursues continuous improvement of warehouse management activities by involving stakeholders: Production Planning, Production, Value Stream, Management Control, DSO.

- Promotes company regulations and health, safety and environmental hygiene regulations by overseeing their proper implementation and laws pertaining to material.

- Responsible for the inventory control and distribution of tasks among staff.

- Responsible for the cycle count and adjustment of inventory.

- Directs and controls the warehousing of finished goods.

- Responsible for the maintenance of warehouse inventory and systems.

- Responsible for packaging and shipment of goods.

- Safe and clean working area.

- Management of staff to ensure excellent quality of product shipped within schedule.

- Stock accuracy.

**Qualifications

- General computer skills

- Knowledge of warehousing

- Experience in managing teams

- Very good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong team building and motivation of staff skills

- Functional understanding of business processes
