**Watches product Manager
- Be responsible for developing/creating the conditions for success of Cartier Watches business development in the SEE zone.
- Define and implement the Watches local marketing strategy, in line with the international strategy.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**_STRATEGY & 360°ACTION PLANS_
- Adapt the WW directions to the SEE markets specifics and clearly identify business, image and clients priorities.
- Set the annual sales target, Budget and LE forecast (value and volume) by market and by network (in collaboration with commercial team).
- Lead watches 360' projects, action plans and all related activities, focusing on key launches or key commercial objectives.
Onboard all stakeholders from local, EU, central departments to co-construct and complete on time expected deliverables.
- Responsible for the annual and 3-year watches action plan
- Structure a benchmarking process to follow up main watches markets trends (novelties, POS openings, events) in the zone.
**_BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COMMERCIAL SUPPORT_
- Collaborate with merchandising in defining/revising watches assortment and in range products sales forecasts
- Responsible for the novelties forecasts in collaboration with the commercial and merchandising teams
- Regular and in-depth analysis of sales results, qualitative and quantitative, with a novelty focus.
- Collaborate and support trade marketing activities in the retail partners' network, attend to weekly meetings and plan regular POS visits
- Support Boutique management to reach watches sales targets with regular Boutiques visits, morning briefs participation and ad hoc sales support if needed
- Support retail partners' team during Watches & Wonders: adhoc product information and training on novelties and participation to the appointments
**_PRODUCT VISIBILITY_
- Collaborate tightly with commercial, VM and merchandising teams to ensure elevated visibility in all Boutiques and POS, focusing on precious offer.
- Collaborate with media team to select the collections and models in line with the local watches action plan
- Work with the PR and merchandising teams for endorsement opportunities and important shootings to consolidate brand awareness and elevate brand perception
**_PRODUCT EXPERTISE, TRAINING AND WATCH ADVOCACY_
- Develop a strong knowledge of the product category from a technical, storytelling, clients and commercial point of view.
- In collaboration with L&D team, define, implement and deliver if needed watches training for staff from all networks
- Collaborate with commercial team to animate watch community from all networks
- Be the major point of contact on the watches category for all networks infusing passion for watchmaking
- Lead the watch advocacy program leveraging strategic and qualitative contacts within the watchmaking Italian landscape: connect with watch lovers, collectors, clubs, Cartier watches advocates and be source of proposition to engage and treat them in a long term vision
**_MANAGEMENT_
- One 6/12 months trainee to onboard, develop and coach
**PROFILE**:
- University/ business school Graduate.
- 3 to 5 years marketing experience, with previous luxury background, or a refined understanding of luxury.
- Previous experience or strong interest in the watch market.
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
French would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers.
- Organized, pragmatic, able to manage complex cross-departments projects
- Pro-active mindset
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Power Bi and PowerPoint.
Looker knowledge would be a plus.
