Wcm Coordinator
Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:
- Work closely with Plant Manager to facilitate the implementation.
- Coordinate the loss intelligence phase of WCM within a plant, identifying and prioritizing improvement projects aligned to the business needs.
- Develop, approve and implement the WCM Roadmap for the plant (improvement teams, audits, communication).
- Lead one improvement team at least.
- Follow and favor the progress of the other teams.
- Alert in case of deviation (planning, results, etc.
).
- Learn and take over methods and tools at first and subsequently deliver professional training and coaching to enable employees at all levels to engage and contribute to the ZERO LOSS mentality.
- Prepare and support local steering committees.
- Report weekly on the program status.
- Promote the approach and ensure appropriation at the site at every hierarchical level.
